NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Scranton Area Community Foundation are co-hosting a workshop, Achieving Lasting Affordability: Tools for Creating Permanently Affordable Housing, on Wednesday, February 19. The event will provide an overview of shared equity housing models and facilitate a discussion on how these innovative solutions can help address housing challenges across the region.
The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Geisinger College of Health Sciences, 525 Pine Street, Scranton, PA, 18509.
We will open with a light breakfast/check-in and registration from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
The workshop and break-out sessions will occur from 9:00 a.m. – noon.
You are welcome to enjoy lunch and a working lunch session from noon until the workshop wraps up at 1:00 p.m.
This session is ideal for community leaders, housing advocates, and anyone interested in sustainable housing solutions. This event is made possible through a partnership between NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Scranton Area Community Foundation.
