Due to weather, The West Scranton EGGStravaganza has been postponed to April 26. The West Scranton EGGStravaganza is a celebration of the coming of Spring! We are so excited to bring community resources, kid's activities, music, and more for West Scranton's youth! There will be music, community resources, games, and more from 12pm-2pm. The egg hunt kicks off promptly at 1pm. Kids of all ages are welcome. The event is at Novembrino Park 201 10th Ave, Scranton, PA.

There are several activities available to participants. The Youth Arts Coalition will be providing arts and craft activities for children in attendance. The Scranton Public Library will be signing people up for library cards and hosting a book sale. Friends of the Poor will have additional activities, including coloring sheets, available just a few blocks away from the splashpad. The Scranton Fire Department will have a touch-a-truck experience, and the Scranton Police Department will also be present. The City of Scranton will be providing information on city resources. Head Start will have registration information available, and the PA Department of Health will be providing tick prevention resources.
